| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. | Shipping And Handling UK Standard delivery takes up to 5 working days. UK Express delivery takes 2/3 working days. International Delivery is insured and needs to be signed for, this takes up to 21 days (usually only 10). Please note that NONE of our delivery estimates are guaranteed, 99% of our deliveries arrive on time, we cannot refund for deliveries that are delayed. If you delivery is delayed by one day please contact us and we will chase it up for you. Areas not classed as standard UK delivery areas and must not be checked out using uk, please check out using your respective areas, shipping charges vary, areas effected are as follows :- Channel Isles Northern Ireland Remote areas of Scotland including Aberdeenshire Isle of Man Jersey Guernsey Ireland Isle of Wight Express delivery to these areas takes up to five working days. All our costumes are supplied by Rubies, Ceasar UK and Smiffys leading UK manufacturers of quality licensed products. In the case of branded items - all are official merchandise. All our products are brand new. With Fancy Dress Costumes, we understand that customers may wish to try them on, however we would ask that th costumes be returned in a perfect condition.
